Already updated to professional, and now what?

I already updated and paid for the professional version and thought that I would get an email from GameSalad server to links for downloading upgraded GS viewer and GS creator, but have not gotten anything yet?? Is it right to expect the email with the above mentioned contents, or how should I proceed now? Thanks

    No. I don't think you will get an email.

    You should quit GameSalad, relaunch it, and log back in.
    Your new Pro behaviors are in a separate "Pro Behaviors" folder on the left hand side.

    You can check your account setting by clicking "About GameSalad" under the GameSalad menu.

    It might a while for them to activate it. I'm not sure if it is instant or not.

    Thanks, but from where am I suppose to download the GS viewer 9.0 from?

    Thanks for your answers firemaplegames. I checked my account setting, and it's still express :( I wonder how long it will take for them to activate it to professional...

    I don't know. Mine is still listed as express too.

    Send them an email at support @ gamesalad dot com and hopefully they will update your status ASAP.

    I struggled to find the GS viewer as well.... (They should update the support page as it refers to where the button used to be in your profile)

    @ firemaplegames: when did you request the professional? just curious to know if they haven't changed your status until now for how long?
