New GS just will not open - Crashes Galore!!!

Hi Guys,
I finally got around to updating my GS but it will not open.
I have tried updating when I opened GS... now it will not open at all (i tried a restart)
I then deleted and downloaded it from the website and re-installed and its the same (with restart)
The error message is the following

Although Im sure someone has a fix!
OS Version: Mac OS X 10.5.8
Upgrade to snow leopard and you'll be fine, $29 from apple.
