Problem updating

I am trying to do an update. But the version number doesn't change from 1.0

I have done plenty of updates in previous versions of GS in the past for other games, but this is the first time I have done an update in 0.9.0

This is very frustrating. Anyone else had trouble updating?

Tshirtbooth told me that it's a bug in 0.9... 1.1, 1.2 etc doesn't work, you have to use whole numbers so you'll have to do 2.0

Ahh that worked, I had to make it 2.0

    Thanks a lot!

hrsmedia .. could you help some of us noobs? Do we create and use the same provisioning profiles for an app even when we do the update?

And am I correct in thinking that I need different provisioning profiles for each different app?

    thanks

Yea you can use the same profile when doing an update.

Each app should have it's own APP ID and Distribution Profile.

I have found a better solution. In gamesalad publisher just leave it as 1.0, and when your .app is ready go to package contents, the look for the info.plist and open it, you'll find there the version number, just change it

Well it seems you don't even have to do that...

    Application Loader Submission Issues:

This bundle is invalid. The key CFBundleVersion in the Info.plist must contain a higher version...
--When you are going through the publishing process, if you update an existing project, you will need to make sure you press 'enter' whenever you change a field, particularly the 'Version Number' in the 'Platform' tab. But this applies to other fields as well.
