Can't find a spike sound anywhere

im looking for a spike sound, have you ever heard when you are on something then something shoots out at you and there spikes? Well I am in need of the sound.

Any clue where I can find it?

I've been looking for hours now, I'd deeply appreciate it.

    Have you tried photics' sound package? I'm sure it's at his website.

    Try some of those draw from sheath sounds. that may work for you. thats a hard one to find.

    The sound you've made me think of is actually the sound when wolverine on X-men extends his claws.
