    Go on istock.com, find an artist who's work interests you, and then write to them through email asking If they're interested in doing work for you

    Ian is awesome! Would highly recommend him

    Yes he and most any other artist will charge you something. Weather its money or some other trade that will benefit both parties, that between you and the artist.
