iPad images blurry - PLEASE HELP

Hello all,

I just completed our iPad version of our game. The big problem is...all the images are blurry on the iPad. They look fine on the computer.

A little background. I made the iPhone version first and changed all the sizes of the scenes in GS. I also have the images at the correct size. Like I said they look fine on the computer screen. I also changed the home screen to iPad landscape. I saves the images as PNG 8, but didn't try PNG 24, but this doesn't sound like the problem??

Should resolution independence be checked? Is this an easy fix? Hopefully I just missed something.

    make sure the sizes of the actors match the exact size of the image. also make sure the actors are not on a .5 position when in the scene.

    finally, try making sure your images are an even number in dimentions

    One of my images is at 126.5. Would this make all the images blurry?

    It turns out it was the resolution independence. (Should not be checked)

    You can set your graphics, horizontal and vertical wrap to fixed (in your actor attributes)

    Hi MLCinema, you're correct about turning off resolution independance for the iPad (but for the next gen? We wait to see...!)

    Yes it would. Make sure every one of your images is divisible by 2; this goes for both dimensions, width and height. (divisible by 4 when using Independent Resolution).
