walking around a circle

I'm trying to replicate a youtube video i saw a few weeks ago by making a player walk around a planet. I'm trying to build off of FMG's constrain to circle demo, but I'm just too tired from shoveling today to wrap my head around it.

i think I've got all the necessary code, but right now my guy keeps appearing in the bottom left at point 0,0.

anyone do something like this before?

    your using cos and sin correct? so you have something like 10*sin(rotation)+x and same for cos?

    CodeMonkey has a rotation example demo that has this little guy orbiting around another actor.

    Maybe that will help. not sure how the orbiting thing works I needed the other part.

    @Darren,

    that's exactly what I needed, but this morning I realized it wouldn't actually work in the game I'm designing without rethinking the entire control system, which I don't want to do.

    So once this game is complete, I'll use it in the next one :) I'll email you then about buying it.
