Creating Your Characters

Hello, i am curious to ask if in GS you can make your own characters for your games? And your own backgrounds? etc....
Or do you have to use Photoshop and other programs for that?

At the moment i am using a PC so i cant use GS : /

    You must make all of your art in another program that supports .png

    You Can use any images, smaller than 1024 Pixels. and 72 DPI. And Make them in .png.
    You can do whatever you want. LOl.
