My game is approved, but how should I properly attack the App Store?

A game I'm re-releasing has just gotten approved by apple, but I chose not to put it on the app store yet because I want to have the best possible start. I'm currently writing a press release and making a YouTube video of the gameplay, but other than sending promos to web sites, how can I attack the market affordably?

Ask youtubers who review apps to review yours.
    appbuddy
    appspy
    ect.
    That's what I would do.
    Facebook
    Twitter
    Put it everywhere
    Email your friends, family ect.
    thanks

You could send out a press release via prmac.com and see if that helps! It's only $20 I believe, so it's worth a shot :)

There are also a couple sites in that link I posted that give preference to exclusive pre-release stuff. you should check that out. see what is included and how long until you are free to promote beyond them.
