Horizontal "Tiled" graphics mode...buggy?

Hey guys.

So I have an image 1024/960 that I am using as a background image for my level. But my level is like 2000px wide, rather than stitching a second background actor into the scene next to the 1st one, I thought I'd stretch it to fill the scene, and then switch the horizontal wrap to "tiled" in the actors graphics props.

This looks great in the scene editor (as I have designed the image to repeat).

But when I preview on the phone, I can...see the join.

When my camera is not not moving, it looks fine, but as soon as I move, it's as though the tiled images are moving a slightly differeing speeds, so a line of a pixel or so apears and shimmers as I move my character/camera.
Once I stop, the images "join up" again.

Is this a known bug/issue?
pretty frustrating.

im pretty sure there is a bug with tiling and resolution independence, do a quick search.

    Doh.

Did a bit of a search.

seems power of 2 is your friend.

my width was 960 (not 1024 as I had started). changed the image to a 1024 wide one, and hey presto, tiling works a treat.
