non-scrollable layers

is there a way to lock the non scrollable layer to any other location except bottom left? I don't think there is, but if there is it would save me a ton of time :)

    i think since they have to be placed in the camera origin if you change the camera origin to where you want to place them (probably the starting point of a actor that has control camera) it might work. Havent tried it yet though

    yea, that kinda works, but not for me. I was trying to merge two scenes into one, and keep the spinning background, but it won't work if i have to do that.

    Oh well, I'll work around it.
