Help with camera physics

I've been following tshirtbooth's excellent video on how to make a scrollable multiscreen menu. It works as intended, but my menu is longer and maintains the same speed no matter how far it scrolls. How do I make it slow down and eventually stop after swiping to scroll?

    sounds like you're missing the decelerate rule on your drag actor. check the otherwise section (video starts around 5:00)
