Gamesalad Publishing

Okay so i want to repost my app that got rejected a long time ago. So i went into gamesalad and clicked Publish but i can't find my old app do i have to create a new one ? and all the info that gamesalad wants me to enter haven't i already done that at apples itunes connect?
