Log out problem please help

Ok so my friend made an account. He was try to go to the forums but when he clicked the forums button it automatically logged him out. and when he clicks log in it logs him back in but repeats the process. PLEASE HELP! this has happened many times for him.

    He is using firefox atm.

    Its not working on safari either

    make sure you clear your entire cache.

    in safari close down safari
    reopen it, click on Safari -> Reset Safari and make sure everything is checked and hit ok

    try again

    If you want to actually see what I am talking about, try to make a new account and then click on the forums. Everything works BUT the forums.

    Tell your friend to go ahead and try to login again. However, his SN no longer has a space.
