Is have a " *Subject to demand " a mistake ?

I'm in the middle of developing a new game which at the time of release will have 25 levels and each level will take anywhere between 2 to 10 minutes to complete. On the other level selects (think of Angry Birds and Cut the Rope) I will have a icon with Coming Soon !* and at the bottom to the screen was thinking of having a *Subject to Demand.
Is this a big mistake, cheesy, a big no no or would it simple put you off ? Or is there better terminology to use ?

Is see your point, it's not fare on the buyer. Is there other way of doing it?
The game so far has taken about 3 months of all my spare time and I'm not sure I can get more that 25 levels out before my family leave me. If I have "Coming Soon" and don't deliver because the game fails will I be shot by the app buying public ?
This is where I'm thinking of going ....
Also sorry about the typing error in the subject, maybe I do belong in the trailer park ; )
However, I've seen the same stuff said by template makers - "Will make updates if it's popular".
That always seemed odd to me!
