Beta 091 missing actor local attribute +- buttons?

Is the beta 091 missing actor local attribute +- buttons?

when im editing a scene, if i d-click and actor, and try to add an attribute, I cannot find the +- button.

Am i missing something?

    ok. copy/paste/edit/place.

    you can also go back to the prototype of that actor and add the attribute.

    Why did they take away attributes for instances?

    it was probably buggy and causing problems in the back end. that's why they originally lost the feature many people were using for pause about a year ago.

    i guess the work around is to just copy your actor, click white area, paste a copy, then edit it. then you can place it. seems to work no biggie
