Publishing an unfinished game

Is it possible or allowed to publish an unfinished game? The purpose would be to generate the ad hoc build to upload to TestFlight.

    yes you can publish as much as you want and at what ever stage in the build you are at... I would just make a copy and publish that so that when you really want to publish it is version 1.0

    You can publish all you want using your ad-hoc provisioning profile.
