Recommended Graphics Size for your Welcome Screen or Each Scene

What is the total Recommended Graphics size for the Welcome Screen or Each scene inside Game Salad to function optimally. My Welcome Screen Graphic is around 250 Kilobytes and I am little bit concerned. Please advice.
