Second Dev account for App Store?

Do i need a second account to publish to app store? If so, how much does that one cost?

    you need one single dev account that has memberships to both the iOS App Store and the Mac App Store. each costs $99

    I have the account for the iPod/iPad. So i still need one for the App store?

    Yes. The Mac app store is different from the iPhone/iPad app store.

    my question is, if I have 2 app store account,
    do I need to buy 2 GS license ?
