Thanks guys, maybe this is a question for the DeepBlue guys. The project optimizer keeps giving me this warning when I position an Actor in something line 120,75 vs. 120,76

Odd positioning wont be any issue. But odd numbered actor sizes will be an issue if you get an actor placed on a fraction of a pixel say 120.5 If your art and actors sizes are not at the very least even numbers it will split a line of pixels in your image and will make things blurry. The optimizer is prob kicking those out as bad because they are not powers of 2. Not sure why it would kick them out over positioning though. Your sure its not talking actor size?
