Ok, so I'm just a bit confused about the Independant Resolution..

I want to make an image viewer where the images are made for the iphone 4g high res.. I would have to add the low res(480x320) and high res(960x640)pictures into gamesalad.

The way I was thinking of doing this was each scene would have a picture in it..but now I'm sort of confused...because if I add a high res picture into the scene will it automatically display the lower res files on the older iphones as long as the file names were named in the right way?

Or do I have to go about this a totally different way rather than adding images in scenes?

You just use your high res images and check the "Enable Resolution Independence" box on the home page of your project. That makes it for both i4 and 3g.

So then do I have to have 2 images, one low res/ one high res?

Or can I just import high res images only?

You just import high res images and GameSalad takes care of the rest.
