Hey everyone, I know a few of you know about Envato, but I thought I'd post it to help some people out.

That link is for audio files, for games you would need to buy an extended license.
They also do graphics, video templates, tutorials & loads more. Just change the store by clicking the menu in the top left.
The prices are quiet reasonable.
