    All I can say is, if they put it on the app store, they had to pay for the template...so congrats on another sale Darren ;)

    I'm surprised with this one. The same developer has another game that looks good. I can't believe they turned to the DARK SIDE! I know who did it, due to some accidental scooping, but no reason for me to say who.

    MAYBE just MAYBE that his other game was an xcode or corona template that he submitted without working on. JUST MAYBE lol.

    I won't say directly, but his other game is called magic well (maybe he took someone else's game called that, or maybe it was him) google is magical.

    Isn't it possible to contact Apple to have it removed as a copyright violation?

    There isn't really a copyright to it. Darren said all art, graphics, and code are YOURS so technically they can't really do much. (just my opinion)

    Yeah its a catch 22 for us making the templates...we want to make them look nice like our latest adventure one below but also realise some people will just upload as-is but I'm pretty sure we wouldn't get many sales with basic art so unfortunately catch 22 it is.

    I will say though it's only a small handful of people uploading as-is and most do put in the effort to change things.

    Perhaps you can make it a licensed product and require as terms of the licence that the graphics be changed before submission to the app store.
