Camera control so actor stays on the left or right 1/3rd of the screen

I've been looking for the video that shows how to make the actor stay on the left 1/3 of the screen while it runs to the right, and vice versa. I can't find it now, all I can find is the one showing you the effect, but doesn't show how to do it. Anybody remember where it was, or what it was called? I can't remember if it was tshirtbooth, Weswog or someone else that made that video.
