File is not in a correct format. Cant be published...

So I am publishing my app so I can test it in my iDevice and it afterwards says that the file isnt in a correct format... Why? How can I fix this? BTW I just deleted my previous certificate and have now created a new one dont know if it has anything to do with it...

    What is telling you its not in the right format?
