Is anyone running GameSalad on a Hackintosh Dell mini 10v? Does this setup have enough horse power to run GameSalad efficiently. This setup is appealing because of the cost compared to buying a real Apple computer.

It obviously won't run as smoothly as a mbp, and the screen size may become a problem, especially if you want to make ipad/mac apps. I also think you would need at least 2gb ram to run GS efficiently.

I wouldn't waste your money. Buy a used white macbook on ebay ~$350. a hackintosh is a great way to play with OS X, but many people have reported issues with GS on hackintoshes, and others have had fine times with it.

but, personal experience, I ran OS X on a dell mini 10v, and the performance was terrible, you'll never be able to run GS smoothly. the machine is just too underpowered. you'll drive yourself crazy.

The netbooks hackintosh's are no good now. The Screen size of the creator is larger than the Netbook Resolution
