Zoo Zoo type graphics in game

I want to create graphics similar to zoo zoo vodafone advertiments. Please check below picture background telephone booth and buildings. Originally they shoot these in studio. How do we create these type of art in photoshop. And what type of art its call? its clay graphics? board graphics? or doodle type graphics? Please help me out.
