touch to rotate and shoot

I currently have my shooter rotating with arrow keys and mouse click to shoot. I quickly learn that this does not translate when using the iPhone. Can someone help me on how to set this up?

- When screen is touched the shooter rotates in that direction and fires.

i am doing that as well but failed, cos it only rotates on one direction but does not follow mouse direction.
