  I've not played it but from the screenshots it looks like it could just be made by creating a platform that collides with the actor and then placing a lot of them in different rotation, next to each other. Someone had a BMX game with a very similar concept, I think it was good ol' John boy, type BMX into GS and see if I finds it.

  When you start up GameSalad, click New and then wait for your computer to finish downloading the list of games and type BMX where it says Filter
