How to add a custom splash screen?

I read that now, we can choose a custom splash screen. My account is pro, but I coudn't find anywere how to choose the custom splash screen? How can i do this?

    when you upload the game to be compiled, you need to click on the advanced button. It will allow you to browse to an image file.
