certificate HELP

every time i'm trying to load the csr file(CertificateSigningRequest.certSigningRequest) safari crushes!
l'm lost pleas help

    Every time you try to load it? or every time you try to download it?

    in the certificate section in the development tab i press the "request certificate"
    then in the "choose file" i select the CSR from my desktop hit submit and safari crushes.
