Purchase page is broken atm - Mar22-11

I am trying to upgrade to PRO and it looks like the purchase page is broken. It hangs. It looks like it is trying to connect but no data is actually being sent and I can see that the request to either PayPal or Amazon is not being made.

Can anyone else confirm this to be the case? I've tried to purchase on a few different computers.

    Yes. I also used FireFox. Let me know what browser to use. If you want me to call it in I can do that too.

    Wait...scratch that...let me double check with Safari again.

    Use Safari and turn off 1Password if you have it running.

    I have the same problem... Even my Safari hangs...
    Can't I use Firefox???

    firefox is not currently supported for purchasing.

    Yes better with Safari....but

    Maybe somebody can help me over here.

    I'm trying since 2 days to buy the "Professional" Subscription without success.

    I have a PayPal account which always worked till now....
    It's directly connected with my credit card.

    When I log in to pay it states that following
    "Some payment methods are not available for this transaction.

    • Credit Card - This payment cannot be funded with a credit card."

    I've tried to contact the staff from Gamesalad with no answer...

    I cant believe than in the year 2011 I cant pay with my credit card!!!

    Any help would be nice...

    try adding funds to your paypal account first.

    Sorry for the stupid question...but can I add found to the account with my credit card?

    PS:I never had to do that...the money were always taken directly from the card.

    Incredible!!

    I had to open an Amazon account to get the "Professional" Subscription.

    Not a very user friendly experience......
