Help - Press to move actor up and depress to move down

I really need some help guys can someone please tell me how i can make a button to move a actor up when pressing it and when you let go of the button the actor goes down. Like a ballon that floats by going up and down. Please can someone steer me on the right track.

    Rules have the "Otherwise:" section at the bottom.. use that :)

    Another way:

    Accelerate down at speed 100

    If touch is pressed
    Accelerate up at 150

    Thanks, ive done what you have said the only problem is once you press down and the actor raises up he doesnt stop flying up when you let go. Any suggestions?
