Does an apple develepor account work on a hackintosh?

    Yes the dev account will work on and computer. but you must be running snow leopard to actually create and publish games a hackintosh can work for that too although you should expect a more buggy experience due to the hackintosh's instability. At least thats been my experience with them and Game Salad. I always recommend you find a way to get the real deal Game Salad runs better a real mac hands down. I've never regretted upgrading to the real thing.

    OK, thanks for the reply, I definitely will get a real mac as soon as I can.
    I have another question while your still here, Will the dev account be able to transfer to another computer, or is it an online thing? thanks!

    it's an online thing that gives you access to dev tools like development certificates and provisioning profiles. those are things you need to publish your games. but you can use those on as many computers as you own.
