payment method

is there a way to pay the apple develpor fee with a credit card, then later on change the method for apple to pay you to a pay pal or other system?

    The dev program has to be bought with a debit or credit card, and the name on the dev account has to exactly match the name on the card. And apples payment is direct deposit to a bank account
