Collide only with 1 actor?

I am using the collide function, though I only want the one actor to move, right now both are, here's a video to see what I mean...

    Turn off Physics for the actor you don't want to move, and have the collide rule in the actor that does.

    Define turn off Physics? I turned the first few options in physics to 0, and then nothing happens...... Thanks

    uncheck moveable under its physics attributes for the one you dont want to move

    I want it to move, I just don't want it to move when it collides :( I think this may be impossible... Could you watch the video I posted please ??

    its not impossible. so u dont want the ginger actor to move when hit is that correct
