Game making service

I'm thinking about making games for people (for a price ;). All they have to do is supply an idea and the artwork, and I will make the game for them and send them the file via email. Does this seam fair? I honestly don't want people think I'm trying to scam people out of their art and their money. Im just trying to earn a little cash to buy a Mac air. I would make the art also but I'm not that good of an artist.

I could also try to do the artwork also, just let me know what you want and I will see if I can accomplish it.

    I can personally attest to being ripped off when I didn't get paid upfront. It was a lot of hours down the drain. :(

    As someone already said, I asked where you are located because of time zones. I have "attempted" working with those in opposite time zones and it didn't work out well, but since we are in the same time zone, that shouldn't be a problem. I haven't made up my mind yet, but I am trying to expand my application portfolio on the App Store WITHOUT releasing worthless games. I have a couple of ideas in mind, but they are still in the very early stages of development. So once I get some of the details finalized, I will make my decision on weather to go ahead with this or not. I would do it myself, but I am currently swamped with 2 other projects at the moment. If I decide to use your service though, I'll shoot you an email :) Thanks
