is it me or you can see the formula on the cookbook videos?

iam watching all of this videos and they are really good, except when tshirtboot is using the formula bar icant follow the video at that speed so i have to pause but i cant see the formula his entering,i wish he could show a picture with the formula his using, somewhere in the video
