It's possible they have to activate you from their server side also? If true then they may be taking an Easter weekend break or something. I'll bet you'll be in business by Monday or Tuesday at the very latest.
Have you logged out, then closed GameSalad, then logged back in after opening GS again? Sometimes you have to restart the software and log back in and out. Hope that helps

I agree and I think most people don't have this issue. You I and some others where the unlucky ones when it didn't work right. They will fix it though no worries.
This is so aggrivating. It never fails for me. This is just like eveytime I go to Best Buy to purchase something. The one thing Im there to get and out of alllllll the models. Mine is always the one out of stock. But they can have it for me in a few days. I DONT LIKE WAIITNG. Especially after the money is out of my wallet.
If I owned a server that held pending transactions of amounts of 500$. I tell you now I would be checking that server every 6-12 hrs. If someone wants to give me 500$ .. you would think Id be happy to take it fast enough before he changed his mind.... Well they have 500$ setting there. They better take it quick or Im getting a refund. This is stupid. You shouldnt have to wait for a on online transaction. Its not like they are out of stock. Or dont have the digital power to log on and click a damn button. Or with all this programming knowledge at their disposal that they wouldnt have a damn automatic program to do this.
Mine was instant, so a little odd you're having to wait this long... John-boy maybe on to something with the whole Easter vibe...

You can tell if you are on pro or not when you open the GameSalad Dashboard, Login and Then Click on GameSalad up in the Status bar and click About GameSalad it will say on that screen if it see's you as free or pro. in the top right corner.
Good point Teesh, if you are outside of the US and send a transaction in dollars it registers as an e-cheque I believe. Check your PayPal account online and see what the deal is.
I also paid using paypal with a debit card that is not from the U.S. and I got pro immediately.
Paypal pulls the money instantly from your bank account and the seller (GS in this case) gets the money right away.
If you have a receipt means they got the money. Have you contact GS Jeff?

I realize it's inconvenient but I wouldn't get to worked up until tomorrow evening and they haven't responded to you contacting them. Then I would get pissed. but before then man it's a holiday weekend. They prob are spending some time with their families.

Seriously, its a bummer. I hate it too when stuff don't work. I was announcing my game today on the webby and off-course my provider was having maintenance (probably). My connection was lost every 5 minutes for like 5 minutes. I guess he thought: "its eastern the sun is shining lets do this thingy now". Good thing my dog doesn't speak Dutch well, I used some foul language.
55 Hrs. and still no Pro. Just a email saying that Pro is a server thing not a bug. They didnt say they would pass it along to the proper department or look into it. Just basically. I emailed the wrong department.

Well I would say you have plenty of right to be pissed now then cause that would really piss me off to have it brushed off like that. Apparently now there is a contact form at the bottom too so I guess you could put that info in a long strongly worded letter explaining your current state of anger.

When I bought pro it did that and within an hour of sending a bug report about it they got it fixed.

Open GS and login. You won't see any difference between Pro and what you had, except in the lower left hand corner, under Behaviors. You'll now see:

Very easy to miss - I did.
Also, when you compile, you'll now have the option to add a splash screen, under advanced (somewhere in there).
