How to enable the input of a name ie text for a high score

Hi All,

How do i create a text box etc so that a name can be typed into the game when you hit a high score ?

    I'd wait a couple of weeks until we get iOS keyboard function, if you can't wait then search for keyboard demo by FireMaple Games in GS.
