Hey,

My first game looks a "little" bit like halo.
Is this okay ? or can i get sued by Bungie/halo ?

    actually getting sued is good...that means your game is great...you are a threat to Bungie.....then you can ask them to hire you for a top job....!!

    And do you have ideas what I can do on the game to make it better, excepts from more weapons, enemies and the art ?

    Even though we can clearly see some Halo in there, not only they won't bother to sure you but I don't think you go against copyright law with those ressemblance. Just don't call it Ahlo.

    If that stress you out, just change the color of your hero and you're good to go.

    If Gameloft is still in business with all their, to put it nicely, "clones" of Halo, Starcraft, World of Warcraft, etc. then I think you'll be ok.

    i dont know if you can get sued but your game looks very similar to halo. It looks like you based the charecters off halo. Especially the enemy which looks just like a grunt.

    Not sure if you going to get sued, but that main character screams Master Chief from miles away. The rest is fine, and I don't think it needs to be changed.

    Sorta reminds me of Halo, touchy situation for you. Even the little guys look like Halo's. I say put it up, if Bungie or Microsues contact you they'll just have you take it down ASAP or change something.

    thats till i seen you have a firefight mode, and that the enemy look just like a grunt

    really its that hard for you to come up with something original? come on now...

    haha the only one getting sued in the app business would possibly be triniti interactive. they have so many game clones that look just like the originals, it's not even funny. there's even one they made where your fighting classic video game characters (including halo peeps), and they haven't been sued (yet).

    btw the game looks great, my only suggestion would be that the actor would actually look AT the target instead of the oposite direction that he's (she's ?) looking in. anyways, looks great, so keep it up!

    :D Your right.. But this is only my beta design..
    I will change it and make the Chief and the enemies more comic style and cuter..
