Way to highlight an actor?

I'd like to select a character by clicking them. Is there a way to say draw a line around them without doing a separate animation? Or any other ways to do this?

    Thanks for that. I'll try that out. Another thing I thought of was using particles to create an arrow image over the actors head that points downwards and moves down.

    Thanks also for the tutorial videos. I spent a good few days going through them and they've helped immensely.

    Hi Tom; or a straightforward colour overlay - on touch is pressed, change the actor's colour, orange for instance and make the alpha around .5. OK, not as dramatic as the other ideas but clean graphically!
