Can you test games on devices without a developers license?

    You can use the Xcode Simulator, but otherwise, no.

    And FYI the simulator is no more reliable for gameplay as it would be on the device than GameSalad preview. so yeah if you want any reliable ways to test then you need to buy a developer license.
