Apple stole my money

I tried to buy the provisioning profile from apple but there was an error and i had to send a fax in and they never returned it! so i want to call them what number should i call for this situation?

    You don't buy a provisioning profile. you buy a membership to the iOS developer program. I'm sure Apple didn't steal your $99. you have probably just not sent them everything they need and if you have it takes time to review and activate your account. especially if you signed up as a business. My account took almost 2 weeks after it was paid for to become active due to the paper work they wanted.
