How can I make a zip line

Hello,
I am trying to work out a way to make a zip line where my actor can jump (to get to said zip line) then press a button which would cause my actor to connect and slide down the line. I am not sure if there is some small thing that I am missing or if this is a complex action. Any tips?

    Make a rule that says if actor overlaps with zip line start animation.

    That makes sense but I don't think that would cause him to stick to the line. Right? I do intend on animating the actor though.
