How to use Pro: Priority Technical Support

Hello guys,

How Can I USe my Pro Priority Technical Support? http://gamesalad.com/membership/pricing

I Really need a solution on the resolution independence problem, I Must submit my game today.

    I recently spoke with yodapollo about this and while he gave me no extra special email address or anything he said as a pro member you should always receive a response to a bug report or the contact form within 24 hours. Keep in mind that is a response and not a solution. I have been waiting to here from them for several days now that I have had my response. I would make sure and mention your username and that you have a pro membership in you initial contact with them.

    So I'm not fully sure they have what their priority Support really is worked out yet.

    not true i send a bug report over a week ago and only got a response yesterday,as in an automated response

    Yeah apparently they had some email issues with the change over to 0.9.4 or something as well as some server issues and emails and bug reports got lost in the mix. I had to email first to get my response but thats what I was told after wards is that a pro member should get a reply within 24 hours.
