    is there anything we can do about this because when i put my app on the app store i want people to pay for it.

    You can always make something nobody wants... apart from that no.

    all you can do is send DMCA takedown requests to every individual site that hosts the file. If you're lucky they will be taken down.... but only to be replaced again soon.
