Can You submit an app with iPad dimensions to Mac

Despite if you can or not, which one would be the better dimensions for a Mac App?

    I did, but only iPad landscape. iPad portrait won't work on the 11" MacBook air because the resolution is too small.

    Nice Detail, I was only thinking on Landscape by the way, all my apps are landscape, lol.
