It's nice, if a little angry birds but not too much. However the shadows should be on the other side/flip the face. Having your character look away from the light source implies they are looking behind themselves.

Mirror the eyes and put them on the right hand side, and adjust the eye shadows to match the body and I guarantee you it will feel like its all fallen into place
Well, I don't know anything about this character, no expression or emotion. It appears to be a type of bird represented by simple geometric shapes, but asides from that I don't see anything. What separates it from the countless other simple geometric expressions of animals (specifically birds). Like Calvin said, depends on the type of game, but alone there is not much to go on... to me at least.

yeah it's kinda a secret for now, just some hints: it'll use kinda a sling throwing mechanism like tiny balls, it has some block breaker into it, and it is about surviving.
