How do i open my game in XCode

How do i open my game in xcode, i have the .app file but it says it wont work on this mac when i try and open it

    so what do i do with my .app file is that what i send to apple when im ready to publish my game to the app store

    And use "Application Loader" program to send the zipped file

    so i zip and then go through the apple submission process etc. etc. etc.

    where do i get application loader is it on developer.apple.com

    Theres a link inside itunes connect I think when you click ready to upload. Dpnt remember to be exact. But you only have to download it once.
